How to ban a user
Banning a user will prevent them from logging in and using the application. This is useful if you want to prevent a user from accessing the application for any reason.
To ban a user, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Customers page in the admin panel by clicking "Customers" in the left navigation bar.
  2. Find the user you want to ban in the list of customers. You can use the search bar to quickly find the user by their name or email address.
  3. Click on the customer's name to open their profile page.
  4. On the profile page, you will see a button labeled Manage Customer. Click on it to open a dropdown menu.
  5. In the dropdown menu, select the Disable Account option.
  6. A confirmation dialog will appear asking if you are sure you want to disable the account. Click Yes to confirm.
  7. The user's account will now be disabled, and they will no longer be able to log in or use the application.
