How to ban a user
Banning a user will prevent them from logging in and using the application. This is useful if you want to prevent a user from accessing the application for any reason.
To ban a user, follow these steps:
- Go to the Customers page in the admin panel by clicking "Customers" in the left navigation bar.
- Find the user you want to ban in the list of customers. You can use the search bar to quickly find the user by their name or email address.
- Click on the customer's name to open their profile page.
- On the profile page, you will see a button labeled Manage Customer. Click on it to open a dropdown menu.
- In the dropdown menu, select the Disable Account option.
- A confirmation dialog will appear asking if you are sure you want to disable the account. Click Yes to confirm.
- The user's account will now be disabled, and they will no longer be able to log in or use the application.
