SMS Pricing & Coverage
This page will guide you on how to set up SMS price per country.
On Text Club you charge your customers for sending SMS. You can set a price for each
country. Your customers will purchase SMS credits from you and when they send SMS,
the price of the SMS will be deducted from their credit balance.
SMS Coverage maps a sending server to a country at a specific price.
For example, if you set a coverage for India with a sending server of Twilio at a cost of 2.5 credits, this means that any time an sms is sent to India, the sms will be sent through the Twilio sending server and 2.5 credits will be deducted from the customer's credit balance.
If a coverage is not set for a particular country, SMS sent to that country will be automatically rejected.
To set the amount of credits to be deducted for each country please follow the steps
below:
- Log in to your Text Club admin panel.
- Navigate to the
SMS>Coverages - Click on
Add Coverage. -
Select the
Sending Serveryou want to use for this coverage. -
Select the
Countryyou want to set the coverage for. -
Enter the
Costyou want to charge for sending SMS to this country. -
Click on
Submitto save the coverage.
